    Welcome to the Mineola Athletic Association

    The purpose of the Mineola Athletic Association (MAA) is to organize and supervise competitive athletic games for boys and girls of the community.  The MAA also strives to organize, create and encourage such programs for boys and girls of our community which will inspire the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage.
     
    The MAA website has changed.  If you want to register for a specific sport please go to that sport in the top menu and click on the registration link for that sport.  For information and pricing on all sports go to registration page.
     
    The MAA is pleased to announce that once again Dom Gatti will be hosting a week long summer baseball program right here in Mineola.  All children ages 5 - 12 are welcome.  The camp will be June 28 - July 2 from 9AM - 1PM.

    The 14u MineolaHurricanesTravel Baseball team will be hold a tryout for two open slots. The tryout will be at 10am on Sunday May 6th at Mineola Middle School.
     
    This years agenda will be tournaments only. All players trying out should beavailableto play Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend and Fathers day weekend. We will be looking to add two or three more tournaments in the later half of the summer. Minimum cost for making the team will be $200 per player.

    The MAA will also be holding tryouts for a 10U team to play this memorial day tight here in Mineola.  The tryouts will be Monday April 30, 2012 at 6:30 at Willis Ave fields.  If interested please attend the tryout, or contact baseball@mineolaaa.org  
     
    Age is based on little league age which runs from May 1 - April 30.  TO be eligable for the 14U team your child must not turn 15 before May 1, 2012.
    To be eligable for 13U your child must not turn 13 before May 1, 2012. 
    To be eligable for 10U your child must not turn 11 before May 1, 2012.

    Volunteering
    The MAA wants you to volunteer and help make your child's experience an even better one.  We have open positions available at all board levels and all programs.  If interested, email the program in which you would like to volunteer.  For a full list of email addresses, check out our "Contact Us" page.
     
    Forgotten ID Number or Password
    If you are a parent of a child in the MAA and do not know your 4 digit user ID and password, please email support@mineolaaa.org to request one.  You will need to provide your name, child’s name, phone number and sport(s) they are registered for.  Please allow 1-2 days for a response.  You do not need this ID to register your child on-line.
     
    MAA Executive Board Meetings
     If you would like to attend an MAA Executive Board meeting, these meetings are typically held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the MAA House starting at 7:30 pm.  All active members are welcome.
